These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the official JAMARii website (the “Site”), operated by Tru Ambassador Entertainment on behalf of JAMARii (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You may view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may share links to it. You may not copy, download, re-upload, sell, remix, or otherwise use the music, video, images, or artwork without our written permission or the permission of the rights owner.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Break any law or infringe anyone else’s rights
- Use our name, logo, or content to suggest an endorsement or partnership that does not exist
- Interfere with, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Site
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to copy the Site’s content
- Reverse engineer or modify any part of the Site
5. SHOW DATES AND BOOKINGS
Show dates, venues, and other event details on the Site are provided for information and may change, move, or be cancelled without notice. Please confirm details with the event organizer or venue before you travel or buy tickets. Tickets are sold by third parties, and their terms apply to any purchase. Sending a booking request through the Site does not create a booking or contract until both sides confirm it in writing.
6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site links to outside platforms such as Spotify, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JAMARii and its management, label, partners, and service providers from any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be handled by the courts of Jamaica, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
11. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
